SEAY Mr. and Mrs. James Seay of Fort Smith will Celebrate their 60th Wedding Anniversary. They were married on June 9, 1950 in Pineville, Ar. by Pastor Williamson. Mrs. Seay, the former Betty Jo Marchant of Calico Rock, Ar. is Retired from Littlefield Oil Company. Mr. Seay, a native of Calico Rock, Ar. is Retired from Ar. State Highway Department. They have one daughter, Debbie Seay of Fort Smith, Ar.
