Main Street welcomes new board members

Main Street Calico Rock is pleased to welcome Kitty Dockins and Carter Horton to the board of directors. The board of directors govern and guide the organization. They work as members of a team to revitalize our historic downtown following the Main Street Four-Point Approach ™.

Kitty Dockins is a teacher at Calico Rock Public Schools, renovates and provides affordable housing for our community, and serves on the Calico Rock City Council. Kitty is enthusiastic about her hometown and brings a wealth of experience and energy to the role.

Carter Horton is an attorney with the Mitch Cash Law Firm which has an office in The Lofts on Main Street. Carter’s roots run deep in Calico Rock and he brings perspective and talent to the role.

Main Street Calico Rock is a designated Main Street program. Designated Main Street programs focus their attention and resources in historic downtown districts with communities that want to leverage these historic resources for economic revitalization. Main Street programs are driven by creativity, teamwork, energy, and passion for the communities they love.
