Area Graduations begin this week

Area high school graduations are gearing to start this week in the area and the following is a list of local ceremonies.

Member of The Arkansas House of Representatives and previous Ozarka College outstanding Alumni, Steven Walker, will address Ozarka College graduates during the 2024 Commencement Ceremony. Ozarka’s Commencement will take place on Thursday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the John E. Miller Education Complex in Melbourne, Arkansas.

Calico Rock will have Commencement on Friday, May 10 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Elementary Auditorium.

Norfork will have Commencement on Friday, May 10 beginning at 8 p.m. at the Elementary Auditorium.

Izard County Consolidated will have their Graduation Ceremony on
Tuesday May 7 beginning at 7 p.m. at the High School
