Christmas in Calico this Saturday: Annual Living Windows and Lighted Christmas Parade

You’re invited to spend Christmas in Calico this Saturday, December 14 on Main Street for Living Windows and Lighted Christmas Parade.
Marvel as the windows of our downtown businesses come to life with scenes from Christmas movies at our Living Windows then enjoy the Lighted Christmas Parade. Living Windows runs from 5:00p.m. to 6:30p.m. Followed by the Lighted Christmas Parade at 6:45p.m. The parade runs from the Sgt. Mike Stephen Memorial Bridge and travels along Main Street to Highway 56, concluding at King City Park by the Calico Rock Fire Department. Due to his busy schedule preparing for Christmas Eve Santa will not be available for photographs this year, although we expect him to make a visit in our parade!
Vote for your favorite window with balloting between 5:00p.m. and 6:15p.m. Ballots, pencils, and the ballot box will be located in front of the Calico Rock Museum. Ballots close at 6:15p.m. Ballot scores are combined with judges scores for the final winner.

The business owners hosting the winning windows will win $100 each.
Please be advised anyone parking behind Main Street in the Rodman Street Parking Lot or the Peppersauce Alley Parking lot will be blocked in until the parade has left Main Street.
Living Windows and the Lighted Christmas Parade welcomes hundreds of our friends and neighbors into town and is a premier event for our downtown businesses. Christmas in Calico is presented by the Calico Rock Museum & Visitor Center, Main Street Calico Rock, and Mitchell’s Park Street Pharmacy.
