It’s been two weeks since Arkansas State Police activated a Silver Alert for a Mountain Home woman, and her family is still franticly looking for her.
According to Arkansas State Police, 95-year-old Belva Day was last seen paying her electric bill at 1:58 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6 at North Arkansas Electric in Mountain Home.
Since then, police have been searching, using surveillance video from multiple cities to track her last known movements.
Belva’s 2003 beige Buick LeSabre was later captured on surveillance footage traveling east on Highway 62 at the bypass into Fulton County. Her car was captured on camera near Gepp at 2:20 pm as it passed by All Steel, Inc, and the last sighting of the vehicle was in Southside at 4:57 pm.

According to investigators, Day does not have a cell phone with her or any debit or credit cards that police can track.
Day’s daughter Patti Ades said she spoke to the people who last saw her mother at North Arkansas Electric, who told her that Day’s behavior was normal, and she seemed fine when they interacted with her.
MHPD is working with Arkansas State Police, Baxter, Fulton, Izard and Sharp Counties as well as other local police departments to locate Day.
Helicopters have searched for her vehicle in multiple counties, including Independence County. Crews have also searched bodies of water in the surrounding areas.
Day is described as 5-foot-2, weighing 100 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. Investigators said she could be traveling in a beige Buick LeSabre with Arkansas license plate USADOGN.
