Last weeks winds fueled large fire in Norfork

Arkansas department of Forestry, along with multiple other departments came out to help Norfork Firefighters control a brush fire that quickly grew into an out of control fire on Wednesday on Sheid Road, also known as Arkansas Highway 177. Thirty acres were burned along with one structure, and one outbuilding, luckily the volunteers Fire Departments were able to protect over 13 other structures. No injuries were reported.
